Beautiful three year old gelding by Billies Bank TB (IRB, app)dam a premier broodmare by Laughtons Flight ISH (IRB, app). Microchipped and green book.
This is a wonderful, very correct, athletic, expressive, free moving gelding. He has a very socialable, inquisitive character and is completely vice free. Homebred, very accustomed to being handled. Currently 15.3hh expected to make 16.0hh. He has been lightly lunged and is now ready to begin his education.
Sire: Billies Bank (TB) is a highly successful sire of showjumping, eventing and show class horses. He was Champion Thoroughbred stallion at the RDS winning the Croker Cup. Has also produced many show Class winners including many all Ireland Champions ( i.e. outstanding broodmare Country Times). He has numerous progeny eventing very successfully including a young stallion son ‘Braveheart’ ridden by Duarte Seabra (Por). Bravehearts dam is also by Laughtons Flight.
Dam: By Laughtons Flight (King of Diamonds, ranked 21st - World Breeding Rankings - period 1992 – 2001). Laughton’s Flight has produced innumerable Nations Cup, Grand Prix, eventing and show class horses. Dam has produced many successful eventing horses competing both in England and Ireland. Dam has been shown successfully in broodmare classes in Dublin and Balmoral. She has Premier Broodmare status and is registered in Section A of Irish horse board.
